What's the First Step?
Hi guys,
New guy here, I'm very 'foggy headed' when it comes to coding and came here to learn more.
I want to start C++ programing but am unsure where to begin.
I use a Macbook Pro running Lion and I don't have any applications whatsoever that relate to programing. What do I need to download first? (Preferably free).
Try to be patient with me please, as I'm about as 'noob' as a person can possibly be haha.

Uh I don't know anything about programming on a Mac, but all you need is a compiler and a text editor. I believe GCC will work for a compiler, should have a text editor somewhere on your mac
