i've been wanting to create a game using c++ and is unable to, can anyone help me how to make one by only using one cpp file?

Are you being serious? There's so many contributing factors which you failed to state.

I wrote an implementation today - over 300 LOC - and that was just a 2-D vector class; and you're on about an entire game?
