GUI Library?

Could anyone direct me to a good GUI library? I would like something simple. I am programming on Windows 7(64-bit). Could anyone help me out? :)

Insructions for installation would be nice, too. I am using Code::Blocks right now. (I've never installed an external library.)

(I was using wxDev-Cpp, but it gave me 165 errors when i tried to compile.)

SDL, 2-d with (some) 3-d opengl (so long as you install it)

I assumed he meant widgetry (pushbuttons, edit boxes, listboxes, etc)

SDL and OpenGL are crap for that.
