finished the tutorial

hello i am new to the c++ world
and i want to be an expert in it in order to work using c++ once i finish
so i just finished the basic tutorial in the documentation so what should i study next
should i consider studying visual c++ or what
link would be appreciated

Hit the books! Amazon has a lot of great C++ books available used for really cheap. If you're serious about being an expert, you have a lot of reading to do.

I highly recommend these, in this order:
Effective C++
Generic Programming and the STL
Design Patterns
C++ Coding Standards
Exceptional C++
