Easy Code, but having trouble wrapping it up

I've created a temp converter, but I can't quite get it to work. I'm having difficulty with my if else if statements. I want the program to determine what unit the user's temperature is in, and perform the according conversion operation. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
