Sorry, I meant to say that the I could not see the 'Google doesn't give back anything..' part in the actual post but could see it in the summary.
It must have been a caching issue, I was getting the pre-edited version of the post.
PS, I have never heard of 'C System', in any context that may relate to C (the language).

I got my ans the book from where i got my ans is
"A Book on C written by Ira Pohl & All Kelly"
the main diffrence is that
C system contain editor,preprocessor,complier,linker,debugger and "C" laguage is also a part of
C system
one thing that we say that function are not found in C all function are found in library that library is part of C system
