Caesars cipher
Can u guys explain to me how to make a caesars cipher. I've only been doing c++ for a couple days but ire ally want to do a cipher.and can you help me make It as simple as possible shifting each letter 2 spots.i don't want you to give me the code I want you to help me with it and explain it to me please.
