Confused with game show program.

Hi. I'm currently taking a C++ course, but I'm having a bit of trouble understanding how to complete this assignment. I'm supposed to make my game show reset the high scores (if the user presses y, it resets, if the user presses n, it keeps the high scores). How would I go about doing this?

And yes, I am a complete noob.
