Need help regarding my calculatepay function

I'm facing this error "no matching function for call to `Employee::calculatePay'
I figured is because I have not return any value in my calculatePay(). However I have no idea what to return in the function as I have to output 2 "cout" messages when function is called, one is grosspay another is netpay.
Still new to c++.. pls advice..
