Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition Combo Generator

I'm new to C++ and I'm about 9 weeks in to my programming C++ class. Can someone help me out with my program, I'm for the most done with my project with exception that I haven't done the combo generator. I would like to know the best way to tackle it. I'll explain the details if somebody responds.
