Greatest/Smallest Question

I have another question that i hope someone here can solve.

Okay lets say i have 23, 35, 34, 63, 67, 56, 43. I want to line them up from greatest to smallest. Also if i want to get the value of the 3rd smallest to a textbox or the 2nd greatest value etc..

Not sure how to start.. Thanks again.

Yes, that's works too thanks.. but im still looking for something different, also how am i suppose to get the 2nd biggest value or smallest.
