Hello, I'm looking for someone who can teach me C++.
I have read and watched tutorials but they only help to an extent.
I can't ask a text file or a video a question if I don't understand what they say.
Which is why I ask for someone to help me here, a real person, that I can ask questions and receive an answer.
Please someone help me.

You not going to be able to get someone to teach you the whole language here. Just start with a project and you will come across problems as you go. Try to find the solutions on the internet/books/tutorials and when you come across something you just can't figure out yourself (which will be often, at least at the start) post your exact problem on these forums, and normally it'll not be long before someone helps you out.
