Multimedia Viewer Publishing Toolkit

I have an old Visual C++ 1.52c project that uses a multimedia viewer project (.MVP). I want to recompile it, but I cannot find the tools. I think I need Microsoft Multimedia Viewer Publishing Toolkit 2.0. Where can I get it?
