I purchased used book Absolute c++.
At the end of each chapter there are PROGRAMMING PROJECTS for self practice.
Can any one suggest from where can I get solutions/hints for these excercises.

Well even if you haven't come up with the most elegant solution, you'll know you've come up with a solution your program does what the question asks ;)
As for hints, I doubt you'll find aggregated hints for the whole book somewhere, but I suggest that you attempt the exercises yourself and then ask for help with specific problem areas on here, when problems arise :)
