launching error

hi,
i use eclipse ide for C/C++ developers and built the mingw and gdb debugger. but i have a trouble with my debugger. when i wanna debug, i take an error just like this:

Launching experiment.exe (Time of error: ...)

Exec error : Launching failed.

what could be the reason of this?
