Hi, i am new to C++ although i know few programming languages and i was wondering how do programmer makes stuff like this

i mean like yes i know they use c++ but question is how?
Does it goes under game programming or something else?

Is there a book tutorial that shows how to make them?

The real code is the connectivity, the interface setup is just the messy part where they have to use a lot of images and positions and stuff. All C++ is equal, but some C++ is more equal than other C++.
