Opening PowerPoint Through a Button.

My boss has told me to write him an extension onto a program that he has already written, he wants me to make it like a help section or information part. He gave me a powerpoint file that has all of the information on the product and how to use it. Now, the problem is, I want to code a button on the form (The window) that when you click it, it locates where the user installed the program, goes to a certain directory For example C:\UserDefined\intelametrix\tutorial\powerpoint.ppt and launches the file in powerpoint. So if someone could please explain to me how to do this, it would be greatly appreciated.
