Visual 2010 Help

Ive been trying to install allegro for a while now and i came upon this-

I followed the instructions and after putting some code in and trying to compile i get this-
Error 1 error LNK1104: cannot open file 'allegro-5.0.1-monolith-md-debug.lib'

Any Help?
