Read and Write in Text File Using TURBO C++

hello guys.. i just wanna ask how to Read and write text file using a turbo c++ compiler... the dos command version..

i know how to read and write in VB c++ compiler but when i try in turbo c++ compiler it not work.. ?

If that doesn't work, get yourself a better compiler.

it does not work mate.. i really need to done this in turbo c++ because its our activity in school..
