I have not yet understood how to use block code, can someone help me with this one?
I also would like to know if I can create a window with c++?

Yes you can create a window, but it would require using OS specific functions most likely.

By block code, are you meaning Code Blocks? Or something else?

Umm...You want to know how to use code blocks?

Well you install it from their website and run it, create a new project, type code in after which you build and run it. Pretty easy if you've used anything along the lines of MS Word (open,save and so on).
