C++ Code gives wrong answers

I figured it out.

Ascii, you can now turn your attention to another beginner to bitch at.

And Hamsterman, you can also find someone else on that forum to confuse with your riddles.

Erm, it seemed perfectly clear to me...maybe you need to learn basic logic. >_>
Nobody was "bitching" at you, you insolent child. He offered his help and you blew him off because you didn't understand him. Nobody is going to help you on these forums if you continue to act like this. We've given you simple answers to your questions several times. If you can't respect the people you're asking for help from, then don't come here.
This is what was posted, packetpirate: "while were bitching about how you format your posts PLEASE INDENT YOUR CODE TO"

You really ought to read posts before you so foolishly reply to them. This forum is for beginners - can you grasp that concept? Providing answers as if someone was experienced in C++ is not helpful. And you probably scare away more people with your bullying posts like yours than you do to encourage people to come to this forum for help.

You're the one who should stay away from these forums you stupid man.
@irishme
I'm not going to dignify that with a response. Grow up.

While I agree that packetpirate could have phrased his response in a less offensive way, that doesn't mean you should respond in kind.
okay i somewhat started this so i feel like i should say something. my comment was intended entirely jokingly and im sorry you freaked out but when somebody clicks on a question and the first thing they see is 100 lines of unindented code that is messy and not in code tags it dissuades them from wanting to help you, so im telling you for the future to please do this as it will benefit the people helping you, which in turn benefits you. and you wont really be learning if you just give the code to someone (kind of being hypocritical here because when i first joined i gave people a bunch of answers just by posting the code), googling something takes about 5 seconds and this website has a complete documentation of C++ so you should easily be able to find out what someone is suggesting to do. programming involves problem solving, and if you cant solve problems on your own and cant conduct BASIC research then you wont get very far as a programmer. i was in no way bitching at you and i feel like you overreacted but this forum is for helping people so im in favor of putting this stupid argument behind us, hmm??
If I post something in the Beginners Forum, I would expect that those answering not assume I am on their level in understanding the subject. And when people insult me in a forum, they can expect me to respond the same way. But it's a done issue. I solved the problem and the code works fine now.

In the future, I'll use code tags ... now that I know what they are.
