Does anyone know what this thing is called, and how to make it appear?

So I'm trying to install SFML, and I'm using Visual Studio 2010. I'm watching a tutorial video on YouTube, and the person showing the tutorial is using a certain part on the menu. I'm not sure where it is on mine.

This is what I'm missing:

Are you missing the whole toolbar (standard) or just the 'start debugging' (play icon) and configuration drop down?

The drop down, sorry, I didn't mean to circle the start debugging too.

Go to the right hand side of the toolbar, and click the option control (sort of down arrow).
Go over the add or remove buttons context menu, look for the and tick the 'solution configuration' option. (or just go for the reset toolbar option).
