array wont print out backwards

having issues getting my void function at the bottom to print out the array in reverse order... any help is greatly appreciated

Your forward declaration doesn't match your definition.

Aside from that, your print backwards function doesn't make any sense... try to phrase out step by step what ypur function needs to do to print an array backwards. And before that, fix the argument list.
