Need some help with a simple instruction OPENCV (windows 7)

Well, how you can see my English is not perfect and that's why I'm asking for help.. the problem is i can't find an instruction that allow me to show an image in certain point of the screen while it's showing a current stream video..

The point is I want to do an image (jpg or bmp) drawn for me and move it across the screen (like a screen saver)..

does anybody know what is the instruction to do that???
