BBC BASIC and ZX81 Basic...them's the days...that I can't remember much about.
I found this site a number of months ago containing the contents of David Ahl's The Best of Creative Computing books: http://www.atariarchives.org/bcc1/
Lots of nostalgia for me. This book had a profound influence on me as a kid. I found the first programs I typed into a computer (and saved to cassette):

That was long, long ago. That was the BASIC I grew up with. It's scary to look at that code now.
