Organizing a group to program with>

Hello World! Any way I am a noob at programming and I was wondering if there were any other people out there who just started that would want to write code and practice with one another, then perhaps after a while move on to another Language and build tools together. I have gotten as far as knowing I have the necessary tools however I do not know fully how to use them. Time is of the essence and anyone is welcome to the invitation but no more than five to ten people for now? Idk trying to keep it simple. Hope to hear from someone soon.
