Excel Project
Hi,
I'm a student in an engineering school. I'm in my first year and I was charged to help a town hall with their organization.
To fulfill their requests, I have to create a computer program which could allow an user to fill in boxes, informations would be recorded under a .xls.
My BIG problem is that I suck at computer, I've done some programs before but never of this kind... I don't know how to begin.
Is that kind of program is hard to realize?

Is the requirement to make a GUI app to accomplish this or will the console do fine? Also do you actually have to create an excel document or can you just output to a .csv file which will open in excel?
