Hey. I just started up here. I have three C++ programs due for my class in 1 week. I am not asking for anyone to write them for me or help me cheat. I am just looking for someone that can mentor me through the writing process. Thanks.

We'll happily help you out, however I suggest (and maybe someone else here would as well) that you get as far as you can before asking for our help. It would also help if we knew what the problems are and what your problems are, if you catch my drift. :)

I just finished the 1st assignment, but mainly my struggles are in decisions and loops.
here is a little outline for my second assignment:
Calculate gross pay
Then, calculate the amount of taxable income – taxable income is gross pay less any deductions. Dependents reduce the amount of gross income. A person with no dependents gets no tax break. A person with 1 dependent has his or her taxable income reduced by $10 per week. A person with 2 dependents has his or her taxable income reduced by $25 per week. A person with more than 2 dependents has his or her taxable income reduced by $30 per week. Use a switch statement to determine the amount of adjustment to apply to determine taxable income.
Next calculate tax payable as before, based upon taxable rather than gross pay.
Format a display to present the income, dependents and tax information your program has calculated.
