Visual C++ 2010 Express and windows 7 64 bit

I installed this version of VC, and can't build anything. Im just starting with programming and Im using this tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PuzH8ZZ1j0s And Im doing everything step by step, and what I get is http://infobot.pl/r/1SPs
So I thought it might be something with 64bit OS? Any help here? :(

I am using without problem the visual studio 2010 on Windows 7.
you uninstall and reinstall Visual Studio 2010.
you upload these patches.
may resolve your problem.
