Plugin for STB ( SET TOP BOX)

hello everyone

im very new in C++ my knowledge in Programing is Equal to Zero so please Pardon me If i write nonsense

i have a Receiver Linux Based and it has Space for plugin so that i can Make my own plugin and use in that Box like EPG scan or Auto Turn off timer Etc.. as i have no knowledge of C or C++ at all i cannot create it
when i start to Search about C++ i found this forum and i hope that i can learn C++ here if you guys Help me

i contact to my Supplier about this they send me this File i read but i don't know from where to start

if any can create a Plugin and give me the Source code i will try to Copy and make my own plugin in my own way please please help me guys
