anybody has a printable version of the tutorial? even the tutorial in one txt file is fine for printing.

It doesn't look bad if you copy and paste it into Microsoft Word. It shows all the code as tables.

Thx, I see now that using Windows and Internet Explorer I can have a pretty good result.
