I've been trying to wrap my head around the tutorial at MSDN but between the new format of their site, the failure of an attempt to integrate Bing into their search and the datedness of wxDec-C++ windows libraries I'm hitting a wall.
It doesn't have to be Windows dedicated but it has to be compatible if someone could point me to a library and\or tutorial that can show me how to copy a file from system A to system B across a network without a system call I would be eternaly greatful. I've always hated networking on all levels and I'm afraid that my distain for the subject might be getting in my way.
Another Note: I've been here long enough to know what some of you are thinking and no, I'm not a malware writer, I'm just an amatuer who is stuck running in circles.
I haven't heard of Boost::asio. I'm trying not to burn myself out but I may have done so already, is this the name of the library? Because it looks like a member function to me. I will be google'ing it after I post this.
EDIT: Looks more promising then what I've seen before. I'll give it a shot.
