That git-scm website has lots of git flavors for the 3 big OSes. If you are using Windows there is a variant, Git For Windows.

Git For Windows has a command-line and GUI interface as part of the install, there is no need to get an additional git client, though there are several available for Windows. TortoiseGit is one of the popular ones.
