Open program on different computer

Why am I not able to open a .exec on a different mac? I even tried sending the other computer the whole fold with the project.

The thing is that .exe files are made to run on Windows machines not Mac machines. So you need to find a way to either run windows programs on the Mac. (Virtual Machines,Bootcamp, Darwine-wine for Macs etc.) or you need to find a way to compile the source code on the mac. (G++ MOTHAF##KER!!OH YEA!)
