Compiling and Linking
I'm unclear on how to compile and then statically or dynamcially link object files. Can anyone direct me to resources -- books, websites, etc. -- that can help me better understand these two processes? I searched via google, yahoo, etc. but found nothing that helped clarify my understanding.
