Personally, I'd be skeptical of a C++ certification. If I were hiring, it wouldn't mean anything to me. I'd rather hire a good programmer with weak C++ skills than a bad programmer who knows the language. In 6 months, they'll both know the language, but only one will be a good programmer.
But I can see that this might be very different in other countries or other fields. See if this certification is worthwhile.
