App Skin And Compiler

Hi. I would like to know how to implement a skin from http://www.skinui.com/ to my Borland C++ program...i have tried what they recommand there but not working...and also i tried to download C++ Builder...but my pc crashes when i hit the download link...:(

I haven't seen any documentation that I'd consider usable for that product I am sorry. Sure as hell not going to pay to find out it's a crap product.
