text file wiriting operation

I want to write a content in command prompt to a text file. is it possible? if so can you please tell me how to do that...It's urgent. Please help me out

yourprogram > textfile

That's not related to C++ though.
Unless you're looking for a way to write files with C++ (in that case you should look up ofstream).
