Hello

Am new in programing and i have a task which is base on files,can ya plz help me out get the best program for this task

am ask to write a program,which allow to carry out the following actions with files

*To look through contents of disks in catalogues
*To receive the detailed information on file(size,type,date of last change)
*To delete files from a disk
