libiconv-2.dll is missing

Hello,

I have done small application that works on xml parsing. My application starts with erros "The program can't start because
libiconv-2.dll is missing from your computer. .."

Why my project needs that dll and why it is missing? I'm using libxml
library, but it did't come with libiconv.

Is it possible to compile application that does't need any dll?
