When you say you "type 2", do you mean you press the 2 key and nothing else, or you press 2 and then Enter?

Also, cpp.sh is not intended to develop code, it's meant to show the results of running code to other people online. I recommend you install a proper compiler on your computer.

Whenever I type the number '2' and then hit enter, nothing happens. Also, I will install a proper compiler soon, but I'm stuck with cpp.sh for now. But thank you for the help.

I just compiled your code in MS Visual Studio 2012 Express, and the program worked with each and every input. So, that shows that there are no errors in your coding, just a bad cpp.sh.
