Create shortcut

I'd need a code to create a shortcut to the program itself in C:/Documents and settings/All Users/Start Menu/Programs/Startup.

I've been spending about one hour searching for this, but found nothing that does the trick.

And if the OS is in another language, would that path do anyhow? For example Startup is Autostart in Swedish.

type the directory ;)

I don't think that's what Willyboy wants. I suspect he's looking for a way to make his code add itself to the startup folder the first time it's run. Then it would automatically run every time the computer is re-booted. Unfortunately, this is borderline virus-like behavior which is probably why no one here is responding.
