Untargeted Graphs Problem.
Hello everyone.I have a problem.I have to generate all the graphs with n nodes and m edges.where n < = 5. I tried to build an algorithm that can change the adjacent matrix but i did it only for two nodes.If you can give me a suggestion about how can i solve this problem,it will be great.Thanks !!!
