Errors!!

while using code block for the first time and trying the simplest program, it is showing me the error:

"It seems that this file has not been build yet. Do you want to build it now?"

Though I have saved it, compiled it and while running it shows me that error. If I click no, cmd prompt opens but with no output and simply that absurd messasge, which is:

"Process returned 0 <0*0> execution time : 0.000 s
Press any key to continue."

so how to eradicate the same?

Are you sure that you compiled it? what if you click 'yes' ?

clicking yes disappears that question popup window and nothing happens. please let me know i am a beginner and just started to program in c. where should i go? and what to do?

You compiled it from inside the IDE, correct? If not, then you might have some problems.

Also, what are you using as a compiler?

EDIT: If, after our advice has been implemented, it doesn't run or the wrong program runs, then try running the right one manually.
