Is this possible to code?
I need a program that, once installed, users, including administrators, cannot change the settings or uninstall it without a password.
Why do I ask? I'm a computer addict. I need a timer that forces logoff if the computer is used beyond a certain amount of time in one day. I have found some good timers online, but as my willpower got weaker, I always ended up removing them. Currently I'm using a standard account(win7) with parental controls set up by the admin account. It's been a foolproof solution to computer addiction. The HUGE downside is that I can't do so many things without the administrator privileges. I install and remove programs very often, and now I can't do that for most of the programs. Worst of all, I'm eager to learn C++, but I can't compile anything since the parental control has been set up

I can't imagine that it would be particularly effective. If you coded it yourself, you would be aware of any holes in the program, either losing sleep over preventing yourself from losing sleep, or losing sleep because your program was insufficient to restrain your addiction... which seems quite ironic to me.
