Here is the case :
It is assumed that you already have a file of Point DataPoint.dat who has filled a number of Point . DataPoint.dat files can also empty.
Make a program that reads the contents of the file and store DataPoint.dat quadrant of each Point file into an array of integers.Furthermore, the program receives input an integer [0,1,2,3,4], for example K, stating quadrant and write to display how many Point quadrant K, based on an array of quadrant
