Selecting from an array with int

So i am trying to select a part from an array and let the user choose what but everytime i come into the error of in the final line (look in code below) being
Here: (null)
and it never even lets me select the number of the array i want to choose

I was using fgets trying to get an int when i should of been using scanf/scanf_s
