Problem changing the program

Hello, I have a problem. I type the code, I run the program and it works. Then I delete the cout, run again and it still shows the result from last time. I don't know what to do, I need to do my homework real fast, I would really appreciate your help

I only downloaded it and auto-detected the mingw compiler. Nothing else. Could you please tell me what to do ?
