How do I delete threads/posts?

Don't know but you could report your own thread using the report method with a note that you want to delete your own thread or something. The admin might do it then.

Next to your name in the hearder of a post you've made should be either one or two buttons. One is an edit button that should be there as long as the thread is active. The other is a delete button, but it is only there so long as additional posts have not been made after yours. Once additional posts have been made, yours cannot be delete, though you could still edit and remove the entire contents of the post, but that would still leave behind an 'empty' post.

I would assume that deleting a thread would mean simply deleting your initial post before anyone has replied. Can't say for sure because, well, I don't think I've ever started a new thread/topic myself.
