Dealing with Data files - Introduction needed
Hello. If you have seen my posts before, I am a beginner programmer in college. We are dealing with data files and the week that we started, I had to have surgery and now I am far behind. If you know enough about data files to try to explain how they work, please PM me. I would really appreciate any knowledge about these files you may have. Thank you.
